How We Work

Being a boutique service we don’t have a complicated fee structure. Our fees are minimal and allow us to cover our costs. We only charge once and at a flat fee, there is no ongoing costs for support and integration.

A typical service would involve a chat on the phone and learning more about you and your needs (this is always at completely no cost and can be done while still in Europe).

Then depending on what you need we can draw up a list of services, agree on some deliverables and get on with the job of getting you integrated to Charlotte.

Our main language is English, if English is still something you are learning then we would partner with another Charlotte ex-pat with the same mother-tongue who can support us both with translation and local understanding.
